    Very decent assisted living facility, great for what it is.

    Communication could use improvement. I called about my Mother and the person answering phone hadn't heard of her falling. My parents don't want to bother staff, so they won't ask for help. Employees need to check on them more often. Probably due to the holidays, but laundry hadn't been done in over a week. Other wise EGV is decent.
